Brainspotting is an emerging treatment method based on finding somatic cues through the use of eye gaze for the treatment of stress and trauma. This workshop from the developer presents Brainspotting as a psychotherapy that views the human condition and human suffering from a global, developmental and neurological point of view, which he calls a neuroexperiential model. David Grand, PhD, is the developer of Brainspotting, and the author of Brainspotting: The Revolutionary New Therapy for Rapid and Effective Change and the co-author of This is Your Brain on Sports.
