Marci Gray, RP, has been working with couples for over 20 years. Trained in both EFT couples therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy, she has learned how to marry the two modalities, taking the best principles from each to help couples repair and thrive. Marci is lead psychotherapist and CEO of Gray Matter Health, which offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as consulting services focused on psychological safety and anti-racism. Marci is also the author of Empowerment Planner, a mental health and wellness tool based on CBT and ACT therapy, that has been utilized by clients, therapists, and school boards to improve daily wellness and reduce symptoms.
