Description

Intense emotions … crippling empathy … emotional reactions to sensory input … constant overwhelm …

Working with highly sensitive clients can feel like taking one step forward and two steps backwards as interpersonal struggles, self-doubt, and sensory overload seemingly negate progress in trauma treatment, relationships, anxiety, and more.

Join Traci Regis, MS, LPC/LPCC, for a perspective-shifting training that will immediately allow you to employ a strengths-based approach to help your highly sensitive clients thrive. You will walk away with:

  • Mindfulness approaches to foster self-compassion
  • Resilience-building DBT strategies
  • Psychoeducation strategies to help clients build coping skills toolboxes
  • Interventions for addressing the needs of highly sensitive people in marriage and family therapy
  • Adaptations to trauma work with highly sensitive people

Additionally, you will learn the neurological underpinnings of the highly sensitive persons (HSP) trait to understand the correlation between this and other neurodiverse conditions.

Register now to take your therapy to the next level.
