Description

Noriko Baba, a specialist in both art therapy and IFS, offers a transformative approach to break through that wall, combining the healing power of art therapy with the structured, non-pathologizing framework of Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).

This training is designed to bring you practical tools to reach even your most guarded clients, helping them uncover, befriend, and ultimately unburden those hidden, overwhelming parts of themselves. You will walk away with the knowledge to:

  • Introduce concepts of IFS to clients with anxiety, depression, trauma and more.
  • Use creativity to help clients befriend and unblend their parts
  • Set up a creative-friendly therapy space, in-person or online.
  • Create a safe space for clients to explore their inner worlds freely without focusing on “artistic” results.

You’ll discover ways to help clients safely externalize and explore complex emotions and inner parts, offering them clarity and distance from what might feel overwhelming.

This isn’t about producing “artistic” outcomes, but about creating a safe, accessible environment for clients to externalize and engage with their inner worlds, deepening their self-awareness and healing potential.
